Really didn’t like this place at all . Really bad pedicure service, nail paint took ever to dry in the place and afterwards it became all smudged. Also, before sitting down I noticed that the tubs weren’t clean and the hygiene didn’t seem standard. Additionally, had to tell the staff to file my nails twice because they weren’t shaping them properly, after the dead skin removal it left me with a wound on one of my fingers, which was bleeding. Overall poor service and not good for pedicures wouldn’t recommend.
Vir did my nails last Friday the 12th. There are no words to describe to experience in this place . The lady that did my nails was pregnant and very pushy and she had no experience in nails. She removed the shellac I had previously so badly and then she applied the new shellac, she was asking the other lady working there what she has to do next. Really no experience. The price was £18 , it’s a low prices considering how much I am normally paying but I did not expect the result. After 2 days my nails are already broken. She kept me feel bad for her!
Horrendous salon!! Went for a pedicure and as you can see both my feet were all cut up and left me in such pain!! Not only did Anju cut my feet but she also didn’t even fulfil the full pedicure as my feet still had dry skin in places! Worst pedicure I’ve ever had! DO NOT GO!
Terrible service asked to come back in half an hour, came back and she has started on someone else doing hands and feet shellac, expecting me to wait an hour and half. Ridiculous, very unserious and unorganised establishment. Avoid
If only I could post 0 stars. An extremely poor experience having gel nails done at the Wembley branch. It left me wondering whether staff were adequately trained and having read other reviews on treat well i can see my experience was not unique and it is an unprofessional place. I have also been trying to contact the head office for over a month and recieved no acknowledgement. There was timely warning to the team of this review if my querey wasnt dealt with. Extremely thin coats with gaps and streaks and rough edges and chips. Don't waste your time.
One i entered i felt like a queen but when i left i felt like a peasent me personally i sont recommend going here save your money guys, my toe nail is gone
Unbelievable terrible service, I arrived at the place and there was a sign with a price of £15 hand shellac she told me that she was going to change the paper at that moment for £18 at the end until the moment I left it had not changed, and to make matters worse she said that I could only receive in cash. it's not enough if all of this my nail polish came off in 3 days. Conclusion I will never go back and I don't recommend this place
I wish I never went the lady messed up my eyebrows I'm currently looking very shocked and surprised at the same time! They also have no idea what a Hollywood or Brazilian is!ServicesBody waxing, Eyebrow shaping
I went during opening hours on a Wednesday and the salon was closed! I tried calling them numerous times but no one answered. Quite disappointed!
