Clean and tidy. Rooms are good. Bathroom clean. Staff friendly. Gym facilities reasonable, able to do a good workout with it. Lots of parking space. Breakfast wasn't for me but I wouldn't say it was bad, it just didn't fit in with my current eating habits. Wouldn't knock it though. Little bit high in price. All in all a good hotel

It was a good stay. The children loved the pool, staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, no noisy surroundings. The deco is a bit dated,  breakfast was varied (English and continental options), and we had a meal at the restaurant which was ok, but would recommend to try the local restaurants, we went to Friendly Phil's. Also I would have really like to see a lift in the hotel, rather than having to drag the suitcase up the stairs.

I attended a Christmas Party in December 2017, the staff were exceptional with their service, in particular Liam who gave a great service behind the bar, always greeted with a smile too.  I have since been back for breakfast, which is served buffet style.  The food was excellent on both occasions and the visit for breakfast came about following a promotion at the Christmas party.  I would highly recommend this place for a quick coffee, a snack or a meal.  Lovely atmosphere and very clean and tidy.  Nice easy access from the M27 junction 9 too for you travellers out there.  I'll definitely be back soon!

Stayed here for a night. Property is situated right next to the main road making it easily accessible. Room was spotless. There is ample parking space. They have complimentary breakfast but there were long queues.

Very helpful staff, great facilities and food was excellent. Only things we would grumble about was that the air con seems to do very little in the rooms so it was quite warm. Rooms could do with a bit of modernising but I'm picking at minor issues here. Overall a really good hotel, hope to stay again.
