This hotel is in an excellent location and has plenty of parking available. The parking is a great price even without the discount from the hotel, and the staff are lovely. They made me feel so welcome and were very understanding when there was confusion over payment, and explained the issue very clearly. The room was very large and had A LOT of plug sockets which is very helpful. The bed was so comfy, and the options for pillows were very helpful. I would whole heartedly recommend staying here, and will do so again next year.nnWe went due to going to brands hatch circuit, and it was easy to get there and in a great proximity.
I loved this hotel. I stayed for 7 days. All the staff is super nice but especially Claire is the nicest. She was super kind to me the entire time and has excellent service. The rooms are nice, has air conditioning and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are nice 5/5.
Big rooms comfortable beds but very standard hotel location can be slightly annoying due to high traffic at all times surrounding the hotel difficult to get around during peak hours but staff and hotel was good. Free breakfast was okay. Does the job if you are looking for a budget option with a big spacious room.
Unfortunately didn't get the member of staff's name but they were so welcoming and kind throughout the whole stay and made sure we had everything we needed for a good stay, made the check in and out so easy. The rooms were absolutely brilliant and very relaxing, peaceful and clean.The beds were incredibly comfortable and great to sleep in. The included breakfast was great and a good way to start the day. Perfect place for an overnight if you're traveling back from Dover or the channel tunnel.

Public areas very clean and tidy.nGood coffee at reasonable price.nA small restaurant area providing a limited lunchtime menu. My party of 4 shared 2 pizzas, a barbecue chicken and a meat feast. These were brought to our table within 10 minutes of ordering. My goodness they were superb. At £15 each very good value considering the top drawer quality.
