Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious bedroom and bathroom for the price. Good selection of cooked, continental and cereal breakfast; replenished throughout breakfast service. Everywhere was clean and tidy, housekeeping were good on Saturday, they cleaned our room whilst we were at breakfast and this included hoovering but housekeeping were elusive on Sunday. I rang reception late in the afternoon for fresh towels and they were brought up promptly. Simple, tasty pub food dinner including three kids meal choices (not listed on menu, ask at the bar) served at reasonable prices from 5.30pm. Conveniently, located at jnc 1a of the M25 but I could not hear traffic noise inside the hotel.

Better than your usual inexpensive hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. A massive carpark. Rooms well equipped, nicely finished and spacious enough for two. Would happily stay again.

Clean, pleasant, relatively low cost. Limited menu but tasty. Excellent bedrooms. Great for local base on pleasure or business..

Great stay while visiting for a family event. Enjoyed it so much that we stayed another night. The staff are excellent and very attentive. Rooms immaculate. Breakfast is also fantastic plenty to choose from hot English and continental. Fresh coffee too. The bar was a great area to sit and relax in the afternoon and eat at the restaurant in the evening.

Rare for me to give a hotel a 5 star rating but of all the budget hotels I've stayed at this has been the best. From checking in to checking out it was a pleasure to stay. Breakfast and evening meal fairly basic but "met the need."
