Staff are always very helpful and cheery, the choice is brilliant, prices are reasonable too. Parking at the retail park can be difficult though and is a tight car park. Easily accessible from the bus stop though!
Great displays, easy to find what I need on any visit and if I am looking for something different I'm not sure on, all the staff seem so friendly, efficient and happy to help. Prices seem fair and there are always some sort of saver deals on.
Went there today for 10am and it was closed until 10.30am. Need to update opening hours again. Considering they were only confirmed 2 weeks ago the store opens at 10am on sunday. Maybe, decide on a time and stick to it instead of making it up as you go along.
Great store for artsy bits, some great deals as well. A bit crowded in certain areas but overall space is okay
I personally shop here for wool, there's a good selection and hobbycraft is less expensive than the haberdashery in the city centre
Visited this shop because my partner wanted a part for her sewing machine, they didn't have the part she was looking for, but the person working there was very helpful and they had a large selection of fabric etc.
Staff were very helpful and polite. Excellent service
Very nice experience. Managed to purchase what I needed at a competitive price and pleasant staff. Only one request not only at Hobbycraft but stores everywhere as a customer with mobility problems please could we have a few seats dotted around the store so we can have an occasional rest? I know in some places they were removed because of covid infection spread but it doesn't mean our mobility issues suddenly improve.
Large store with massive variety of different crafts. I've purchased paint, brushes, wool, clay and more here
