Massive Argos, really well arranged. This place is the best place to check for home and electrical appliances. eBay collection point too.
If you have Argos Card lets you shop at Argos with flexible payment plans that give you longer to pay. And you won’t pay any interest if you pay within the credit plan period. Buy now pay leather. Some time you can buy on offer and it will be very cheap than usual. Patient and helpful staff sometimes happy to help and advice.
The process is always simple ,order and pay online and collect at my own convenience. Picking up purchases from store always quick and problem free. Very good service in a very good store

I came in last week to try and find a smart watch. I have autism so find it hard to find something i can wear. Ally was amazing. So kind and patient and let me try on mock watch straps to find something i could wear. Absolutely amazing customer service!!!! There should be more people like her around. Thank you Ally
Some of the team very nasty people, manager of the shop cannot prove terms and condition argos very sad
Shocking customer service from Ally. She didn't know how to use the computer to find my order details and was incredibly rude even telling me I was 'lucky' she was letting me have a refund by gift card as the corner of the box where it opened was torn by a few millimetres. She even shouted at me on the way out like some kind of street drunk on a Saturday night. Rude and racist, I will be making a complaint.
I ordered two book shelves, I was told to go back into day to arrange delivery within 20-30 minutes they had cancelled the book shelves and if I wanted them they would now be coming from there main depot even thou they were in stock with the ones I had ordered. I could have them as long as I stayed in from 7.00-21.30 on Wednesday. I am disabled I don't know Where I am from one day too the other. I was told to go in today for my order but sadly due to Argos not having a clue in what they are doing I will not be having my matching book shelves to match the one I had two weeks ago. Most of all I will not be shopping in Argos again.
Excellent social distancing. Felt very safe from the moment I stepped in the door. Service was a little slower than usual but that is to be expected with reduced staff, so allow for some extra time if you are browsing and paying instore. The only suggestion I can make is maybe have a more obvious hand sanitising station. All staff very courteous and helpful. Good work!
