Debenhams is probably my favourite department store. They sell virtually everything! Floor by floor lots of quality bargains, with a nice cafe on the top floor. I especially love it when they have the blue cross sale on, you can grab some real great bargains then. I just love the women's clothing at Debenhams and this store has a vast selection. The staff are friendly and helpful also.

The store is nice and often stocks what you want. Staff are pleasant (when you can find someone) but the call center staff can leave a lot to be desired. In short. Fine as long as you don't have any problems

Nice department store. It's standard. Nothing great, nothing specially bad. Just average. There's a spa and a money exchange. Cafe has a nice view, but isn't nice enough like to recommend.

If you are wearing a coat I advise you to take it off! Debenhams is always boiling inside, Its been like it for years and is the same all year round. Some of the older staff on the ladies department can treat you like an inconvenience and could do with some retraining with regards to customer service.

Good variety of goods. Staff helpful. They are short of bigger sizes, ie 16 and over in the fashion ranges. The bigger size clothes are more dowdy.
