Seems odd that you have to use separate machines to browse stock and to pay. If they have to be separated them one could forward your order to the other to save having to type in all the numbers again. Surely it can be done better. Items were dispatched quickly and good selection so that part is all good.

£420 + £18 in taxi fares for a hi-fi that doesn't work! When I went to the pickup point in the Plymouth City Centre I noticed the staff were hurriedly wiping something off the top with a cloth and noticed it had an open box. I asked why it was open and the arrogant man said "someone must have viewed it as is our right". As it was the last one in stock and a Xmas present I took it knowing it was probably another lemon. I checked it and it was dead. Luckily I did check it as this was to be a major Xmas present.

Never had a problem here. Free easy parking. Good products at fair prices. I've also aways found the service good.
