I have had a few visits at Hobs and my customer experience is always 'first-class'. The staff are so friendly and engaging and nothing is too much trouble. Jo Smith, the Business Development Manager is fantastic. Her friendly and enthusiastic approach immediately puts you at ease when visiting the branch. Jo is conscientious, professional and brings an infectious personality to all of her endeavors. I would recommend Liverpool Hobs for all of your printing needs and I can guarantee you won't be short changed for Customer Service.
The team at Hobs Liverpool are amazing! Words can't describe how much they have helped us within such a short amount of time. We partnered with Hobs a little over 3 weeks ago and they have successfully completed multiple print projects for our conferences which have all been in short notice to such a high standard. Thank you to everyone - you guys are a lifesaver and you are a breath of fresh air compared to other print companies we've dealt with in the past!! :
After having known of Hobs and the support and help they can provide on various working projects, I have worked alongside them over the past 4 years and currently leaving my recent role to start a new role and knowing they are at the end of the phone to support is completely reassuring! I just wanted to say a MASSIVE 'THANK YOU' to Jo Smith of who has always provided myself and the team with such excellent customer service, a quick and prompt turnaround no matter what our deadlines are alongside always having a can do attitude and providing us all with a warm and welcoming friendly face/voice whatever the task/job may be. Very quick and professional service! I needed some business cards for the same day and they could print it for me no hassle and at a good price too! The staff were lovely and friendly when I arrived too, I will definitely be recommending their services!
GREAT SERVICE, I'm a regular customer and I never have to worry about my jobs getting done as I want them , if I'm strapped for time etc they will even deliver. The staff are friendly and always smiley, I can email my jobs in or walk in and get them done when I need them, always a pleasure xxx
