The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Went there feeling all mummy and hair up and left feeling amazing with my new hairdo. Very happy and pleased feel like me again ❤ would highly recommend

Hi everyone My name is Steph and I am the owner of HNB. We take reviews very seriously and firstly I would like to thank all clients for their extremely valuable feedback and taking the time to review HNB. We are not perfect, by any means and we are constantly striving to improve our services. However, I have seen a review on this page from a lady named Lorraine Davies. This person has never visited HNB and is not a client. We simply have no record of her on our system. Her review is wholly fabricated and remarkably distastefully personal towards the team. We don't consider Living Proof, Ecru, Mediceuticals, Medik8, L'oreal, wella, Schwarzkopf, Redken, Rusk, Olaplex or Milkshake 'cheap' products and we find Mrs Davies claims to be so fabricated as to have warranted a report to Google. We absolutely believe in Google review, but find the manner in which competitors and ex employees can try and damage a good honest business needs revising in itself. How Mrs Davies would know in one visit if a business has a high turnover of staff or not, if it were even true would be simply ridiculous, the facts are that most staff have been with HNB over 10 years and number 27/29 years respectively. We have a team of 30 and over 3/4 have long established careers with HNB. Had she been a client she would have known this. We politely request that the review form Lorraine Davies is taken with the contempt it deserves and we respectfully ask you read it and make up your own mind as to whether you believe the content to be true and a reasonably written review after supposedly one visit! sadly until google review the review we cannot answer or have it removed for malicious intention. The fact that she never visited at all, makes the review all the more laughable and indeed sad for our hard working team members who simply don't deserve this kind of feedback and therefore I simply must defend it, this sort of behaviour towards them is simply a sign of todays mixed up world, genuine reviews however, even if they are poor are opportunities to learn and grow, there is nothing to be gained by this one other than an attempt at business sabotage, I hope this is helpful and if you're considering visiting us, we look forward to seeing you soon where you can experience the genuine and honest service of HNB. Cheap products, overpriced, gossipy and not a nice atmosphere! Booked here once with the owner and was told they were not available, then saw them with another client whilst I was there, chatting away! Very expensive for what it is and high staff turnover, had nails and hair done, shoddy service, will not return. Needs to put quality and customer service first. Doorman is very nosey and gossips too, bad idea. Receptionist was very rude in a bitchy way and made me feel very uncomfortable. Not a good experience.
