My car broke down and was recovered to Hine motors without being booked in. They were simply amazing. They fixed it within a week and their communication was excellent. The fabulous lady on the front desk turned a stressful incident into a really great experience. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Polite, helpful and extremely competitively priced. Thank you so much. You are fantastic.
This was the first time I had used Hine Motors for servicing and MOT of my van. I was impressed with the professionalism and the work that was carried out, I was also impressed with the price, I was expecting the final bill to be a lot higher following a service and MOT. A great team, keep up the good work! The front of house service reception team were great!nnIt would be wrong for me not to mention the folks in the actual workshop who keep my van on the road, so a big thank you to the technicians for keeping me on the road.nnHappy customer and happy to recommend in the future!
My service at Hine Motors Shaftesbury was excellent in every respect. I was given the date I asked for. I was guided through the process at every stage with helpful advice and areas of concern requiring extra work outside the service were made clear. The car felt that it had been service and even the boot had been cleaned! Thank you very much.
Had my first 2 year service from new on my Fiesta including fitting of mudflaps.Staff were very friendly & helpful explaining about the service & any options.I waited whilst car was done in 2hrs & hot drink was provided.The video they do showing them checking your car is a great idea.nDefinitely recommend them to sort your car.
