An excellent and professional company. We bought an Adria Action from the team in 2022. The whole experience from start to finish was first class. Over the last couple of years whenever we had any issues or queries the staff have been attentive and helpful. Unfortunately we had to sell our caravan this year and Cat offered to do this for us. Yet again the experience was personal and professional. I strongly recommend using Blackmore Vale if you are in the market for a caravan and have no hesitation in giving them a well deserved 5 stars.

We’ve recently bought a new caravan from Blackmore Vale Leisure and from start to finish they couldn’t be more helpful. The entire team is friendly and welcoming. We cannot recommend them highly enough! It was a bonus to us that they’re local but the caravans are priced well, they really make you feel nothing is too much trouble and they have time to talk you through everything to make sure you are happy with it. We can’t wait to come back and see you in your showroom when it’s built!

I have found BMV Leisure to be both friendly and very professional. I bought my caravan from them and received excellent service when purchasing but as important gold star after sales services. All to often the sale becomes the key driver of service levels. BMV treat you like a customer for life from the outset. I have absolutely no problem in recommending their services to others.

We bought our Swift caravan in Oct 2016 from Blackmore Vale Leisure and have used them for servicing & repairs ever since. We have been 100% happy with all aspects of their service and they have always been positive and totally customer focused. We cannot recommend them highly enough - they are a superb dealership.

An excellent customer experience, nothing was too much trouble for this dealer. Head and shoulders above the rest. Loving our new caravan and having the knowledge that if it isn't right we are covered by the dealers warranty.
