Hired a large van for two days from 01/07/22. I feel I paid a fair price and the Manager who served me was very polite and went through the condition of the van with great detail. I’d hire again from here

Booked a Luton van for our house move as we were let down by a removal company at short notice. Booked online and had a confirmation email with 24hrs. Collected the van from the Gillingham depot, it was clean and in good condition bar a few marks here and there that were pointed out to me on handover. The Luton van was ideal, it allowed us to move everything from our 3 bed into storage with relative ease. The drop off was straightforward, a quick walk around inspection with the friendly depot manager and we were on our way. The deposit was returned within 48hrs. Will use again!
These guys provided a van a short notice, they were helpful. I left some items in the van concealed by mistake , rang them up, they tracked the van down which was at a different depot found the items and got them transferred back to their depot so I could collect easily. Top marks guys.
Ruined our weekend away! Stated in black and white on your website..No deposit. My partner rode down from South Wales to hire a car based on the no deposit statement on the website. He arrived to be told he needed to pay £100. Money which we didn't budget for and don't have. Our hotel is booked so we couldn't cancel the car. We had to spend the majority of our spending money to pay for the deposit. Thanks a bunch. If we knew about a deposit we would have hired a car more local. If I don't get my deposit back then I won't be impressed. I am on a low income and saved hard for the spending money. Got hardly anything left now for our trip away. Think you need to change the website as it's misleading information and totally incorrect and a lie. Very unhappy and very disappointed.
Sorry, booked the car transporter 3 1/2 ton as I had to pick up my wifes car, the truck is rather old 2012 at first, but the main reason for the review was they insisted on and no compermise £1000.00 excess for there insurance. That's eveyone Beware I didn't book it as it's like foreign holiday hire!! Not a good sevice, only got told on pick up and mess up my day!!
Used this company for the first time recently. Very competitive prices. Decent vehicles with unlimited mileage. Hassle free. Friendly staff. Would recommend and use again.

They rang me so I could pick the car up early because of the poor weather, professional explained about the operation of the vehicle giving me all the information I required
