Absolutely useless. First of all, they're not in Shaftesbury; they're in Gillingham. Secondly, they make everything VERY difficult: it must be a credit card rather than a debit card. Errr.... why? Thirdly, they are VERY expensive: £163 versus £90 from Dorset Vehicle Rentals (the latter for a better car). Finally, horrible you're-on-hold music. Motto: go elsewhere. I was unable to give zero stars, but that's the correct score.

Came here to hire a car. Walked across fields and everything but there was only a hedge and a school! Very disappointed. I shall tell my wife.
