Probably 3.5 stars. 

Room wasn't the best. The mattresses felt like the springs had gone some time ago.

The shower has less pressure and flow than an electric one. Disappointing.

Being a bit out of town, they have you as a captive audience. If we'd been in town and had to wait 5 minutes to be taken to a table in a relativity quiet restaurant, we'd have given up and gone elsewhere.

As with most Hilton's, the breakfast was good. This was certainly a redeeming feature.

Put it all together and either the price should have been lower or the quality better.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and found the staff very attentive and polite. There were a few things that annoyed me slightly, namely that there were no drinks available with dinner (we were on a dinner, bed and breakfast deal). I understand paying for alcohol but no soft drinks, and even stranger no kids drinks included with dinner? The facilities are good for a family trip. There's a pool, outdoor park, dry ski slope, bungee jumping as well as soft play, games room and mini golf. We were disappointed that the latter wasn't open in the evening when we tried to take our children down for a game of mini golf after dinner. This was an additional cost (though reasonable) so you'd think it would be worthwhile for the hotel to keep that open in the evenings. It wasn't late when we went down (6.45). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back. It's probably the staff that make the Hilton Coylumbridge what it is, they were great.

once again we enjoyed a memorable stay from start to finish, having visited in January we couldn't wait to go back. what is so pleasing about the hotel is that everything is so relaxed and there are so many options for different activities to do around the complex, we particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and fun house. 
The food is lovely and Simona in the restaurant (who was our waitress the 3 nights we stayed) was really friendly and was always on hand for any drinks etc we required. 
special mention to Rachel in the foyer, she is a credit to the hotel and should be running the place!! her friendliness and smile were the highlight of our stay

This family hotel is set in beautiful forest surroundings with lots of woodland walks and activities for all on site. Gym, swimming pool, two main restaurants, and a choice of bars. Dog friendly hotel, up to a point.. Nowhere to allow dogs to sit nearby when having a meal.. We had to have room service meals during our one night stay..or leave our dog to whine in the room. Hence 4 stars. On the upside great staff, very attentive and genuinely welcoming.

Visited for Feb half term. Nice hotel.  Food was good.  Pool was very handy with the kids and open until late.  Staff all very polite and helpful. If I had a criticism it would be that the food was a little repetitive especially for the kids.  Pizza or pasta every day. Also worth going to breakfast during the quieter times if you can!
