Good spent a nice day fishing very relaxing

Very nice huts in a gorgeous place. The kitchen offers all you need (but no salt, pepper etc.). In some chalets the wifi isn't very good but who cares in this lovely place. Our bed was a bit unstable, but not a big issue. For the price I think we got a lot.

Last minute find

Our original plan was to stay at Coylumbridge Hilton, but the Chalet was freezing and u pay seperately for heating which in Nov would have cost us a fortune.  We looked last minute..and found a lovely
 2 brm at Pine Bank Chalets call the Shieling.This old victorian lodge has been updated and is very comfortable..plus allow dogs too. Things we look for:

Very cosy 
Comfy beds
Plenty hot water
Good shower
Good kitchen
Sat TV
Internet..its just ok..but ok local 4g.

The owners have installed a biomass system..so the radiators are always on..but just warm...its perfect..very comfortable to walk about in shorts/tshirt..what a great find..will absolutely be back.
