AVOID AT ALL COST! Bought a bmw off them was not road worthy! I have kids and took them.on a long journey! The owners had no interest. And absolutely distigiusng customer service and was not willing to help in anyway. the car WAS SOLD with broken spring!, brocken hydrolics, no air con, not serviced! And was told "its.in mint condition! There's nothing wrong with it! Its all working!"
To avoid . Purchase a car with them advertised with a full MOT , running like a showroom, fully valeted ext. First The car was dirty, 2nd the next day after taking it to my mechanic for a service I found out the car had no MOT plus the engine was faulty !! Try to return the car they refused. Had to get a lawyer involved report him to citizens advised and so on. Don't waste your time
This grange goes by the name of Junction 40 Car sales and Ossett Motor Sales LTD and Ossett Village Motors. I purchased a 2008 2.2 diesel Hyundia Santa Fe from them in January. It was a little tatty, but we were after a 7 seater for a family run around, so cosmetics were not that important. When we got there it would not start, the garage said it had been stood for a while and jumped it from a portable battery. Test drive seemed okay. The garage said if we found an issue with the battery then they would replace it. The next day after getting it home it would not start, battery flat. Tried to call and text the two mobile numbers for the garage, no answer. We had to replace the battery ourselves. After a week the battery was dead, it was the alternator at fault. Still could not get hold of the garage so had to replace this ourselves. 4 months on, MOT time...... the MOT garage wrote the car off - rear self leveling suspension broken, clutch burnt out, steering column knuckle joint seizing, all brake disk warped, miss-fire on one cylinder, engine leaking oil from multiple places, the list went on. When I found this out I tried to leave a review on Auto Trader, as this is where we saw the car initially, they would not accept it, even a very toned down version, they would not accept, so no way to warn honest people from this garage on their main place of advertising! All of the 1 star reviews on Google goes to show just how bad this place is, please do not give them your business, regardless of how much of a bargain you seem to be getting.
Car advertised as "showroom condition, 12 months MOT, excellent condition". Phoned twice and arranged to travel down. Arrived and the staff didn't know I was coming who did I talk to?!, the car wouldn't start, eventually jumped it and the engine warning light was on. And it had NO MOT at all! Absolutely not as advertised, complete waste of time. Do not use.
Bought a car from them which apparently had been and ran ‘great’ Told me I got 28 days warranty but could not provide any proof of it and ignored the phone. The car needs work doing and I am now in the process of a report to trading standards. They aren’t going to get away with it as easily as they thought! Steer well clear!
Poor 'dealership' trading as infinity cars. Partly my own fault trusting these cowboys unfortunately but I bought a vauxhall insignia off them, advertised with full mot it had expired, they did it on the day I picked it up full v5c disappeared and mechanically sound within 10 minutes of me paying for it car was in limp mode with several fault codes, clunking when turning right, boot latch had stopped working and car wasn't getting any power whatsoever up hills. On top of all this I have been unable to tax the vehicle even still, the post office and dvla are rejecting an application to tax without a v5 document, the garage workers informed me, '' it's okay well do it through my uncles company '' What this means I don't know as I refused, so I can only assume some part of the cars history does not match up, perhaps stolen, as others have suggested and proved. I've been advised by trading standards and citizens advice that as they are point blank refusing to entertain a refund or any kind of complaints procedure to enter into what will be a long drawn out legal dispute. Went to pick the car up, wasn't even there. Said clutch was slipping so sent it to garage was fine when taken for test drive day before. I rung the garage he said it was having the clutch done, they didn't even know who these so called dealers were. Very rude aggressive towards myself in my own with two young children. Trading standards have been informed
Avoid these scammers at all costs. You will be left out of pocket and will lose your money your mind with all the stress and will get nothing from these guys. They will sell you a car saying it’s in great condition for it to break down after 5 miles of driving. Will not give money back. Will lie and tell you you have a warranty but this is a lie as they will not provide any paperwork and will do nothing when you tell them of the problems with the car. You would rather throw your money in the bin than get a car off these scammers. I hope this all catches up with them sooner or later
Travelled 3 hours to view a car that looked mint condition on gumtree. Found all cars jammed in like sardines in compound. Car was dirty and looked like front suspension had collapsed..walked away with no conversation with sales people and traveled another 3 hours home!
Avoid Avoid Avoid. Read all the reviews for yourself. Every single car they sell is damaged repaired and mechanically not roadworthy. Dont risk your life buying off these Cowboys. 0 Stars. Wasted 4 hours there and back.
