Only gave this 5 star so everyone can see. My friend asked for a non emergency appointment only to be told to ring back on Monday. It’s a bloody good job that this wasn’t a problem that needed sorting sooner rather than later. Just a waste of government resources.

Ridiculously hard tp get an appointment... Seems you have to know well in advance when you or your child will be ill!!

non emergency appointments are now impossible to get, will have to get an on the day appointment for a non emergency. Going to move surgery....

Doctors refused to see my 2 week old baby because she wasnt registered yet, even though the whole family are. The receptionist could hear my baby screaming in pain on the phone and point blank refused to see her, I had to take her to a&e.. the receptionist are clueless and rude they have no idea what they are doing and thats if they even bother answering the phone. Awful surgery.

SHOCKING. This place is a waste of goverment resources. No appointments so tried sending us to corby. Even when going with a previous injury offered no help, ignored a chest infection twice! what will it take for someone to notice this appalling surgery and fix it!
