Booked a cab in advance. Didn't show up and nobody answered phone.
Absolutely appalling! Complete rubbish. After confirming set fare with operator, driver disagreed and proceeded to argue about it until I called the operator again to confirm the set fare with driver. Completely disrespectful and definitely not how a customer should be treated. Absolute scam! Never recommend and hope they close down. They just lost a good amount of customers that supported them.
very disappointing in terms of service and friendliness of drivers. Only reason they get 2 and not 1 star is that on the phone they sometimes! are friendly and try to help - not always though. Just a shame when you want to support a local business and speak to real human beings and not just Uber all the time but then you just get disappointed.
Let me down really badly today when I pre-booked a cab for a hospital appointment, lies lies lies about the cab being "on its way and stuck in traffic". Rude controller. And yesterday another of their controllers overcharged me. You've lost a customer.
Excellent service ,very reliable ,long established family run business with friendly staff and very experienced drivers .
I called this cab company to take my friend, who has mobility issues, from Walthamstow to N1. Once in the car, the driver refused to transport him until he paid the fare up front. My friend refused so was thrown out of the cab. A disgraceful way to treat a vulnerable person.
