I traveled with them this winter and it was good to experience very professional and timely service. I took a ride to hyde park and it was great in experience. The cab delivered in the due time. One thing that they can improve on is that they must waive the waiting charges like I stopped in the middle for 3-4mins to buy some snacks for picnic and I was charged another 10$ : other then this I am happy with the service and the experience I often use it now and its a great help in the mad hours. A bit expensive but reliable and timely as im time conscious so yes this is my cup of tea Service: Limousines

The whole point of using their services, was to book a drive from airport with a child seat for our small daughter. But surprise- their driver arrived without a child seat. So – late at night, we drove to our hotel while my wife was holding our daughter with a seatbelt completely unsafe. What was particularly annoying – was the company's response – completely careless, and instead of an apology zero apology when I spoke to them and a proper compensation – they only agreed to return 5 GBP for the seat.
MUST READ! OK. So to anyone who wants a VIP service, especially from the airport, don't look anywhere else. You will be wasting time like I did. Thank me later for saving you time. I called several places to get prices and this was the BEST price I got. And for the service, id have happily paid more. Please don't up the price now . I had other "local" cab Companies who was giving me silly prices and silly excuses, eg, cost of fuel is high, distance is quite a bit, takes alot of time, drivers short, etc etc. I called this company, and arranged it for next day. Price was so so so good, I had to confirm the price as I thought I'm hearing wrong! Throughout from the time I booked, I was kept up to date. I got a confirmation message on WhatsApp, a morning text as reminder on WhatsApp, along with my driver, the car and timing. And then along the way, and after drop off. They even scheduled the time for me, saving me alot, and saving time for driver. This shows the company is very experienced in flight arrivals from certain places, as I asked for 12, and was told better to book at 1.30 as it would take an hour getting off from xxx flight based on the airline and where it's come from. Now if the driver got there 1 hour earlier, Im sure I would have been charged extra. Other companies would complain and etc, however this company acted in my best of interest. I was so impressed. The driver was very nice, and waited with a sign board, with name on it. Pushed out trolley to the car, and loaded it, made sure we was all in safely, closed the door and then started his journey. He was indeed very friendly and also kept me uptodate with his whereabouts, when he would reach, where he would be. Very well dressed, clean car, well presentation. Unlike other cabbies, he wasn't having a private conversation on his phone,or arguing with anyone on phone I've heard it few times in past, I don't mind, but I do find it embarrassing if I have to hear a couple arguing and not be able say anything . However, we was all impressed. Upon drop off, the amazing driver even offloaded the bags, and put them into the porch for us! Then wished us a lovely day and set off. Did I tip him? Oh yes I definitely did, he deserved it and earned it. Overall, if I could give these guys a 10 star, I definitely would. They will go out their way for sure and make sure your satisfied with the service. This company is under valued and under rated. Anyone who does use the service, please do leave them a review as I know people are quick to leave bad reviews and not the good ones. I am in no way related to anyone or know anyone in any manner, personal or business, and in no way have I been asked to give this review. It is purely out of respect for the two people who kept me updated and made me feel like a valued customer. As a business owner I can understand how it can be with clients/customers and how feedbacks can make a difference to us and others. I hope this review helps others in deciding to book these lot when needed. I will definitely be storing this number and recommend to any friends and family that would need airport transfers. We have used British Airport Transfer for 3 trips to the UK and every time the service was outstanding. They met us on time, the drivers were all very professional, and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a ride to or from the airport!Service: Limousines
Poor service, made an airport booking for next day online then they cancelled almost within 5 mins because they could not supply a driver and then told that I have to wait 1-3 days for my money back! Disgraceful customer service on the phone ... couldn't care less! DO NOT TAKE CUSTOMERS CARD DETAILS UNTIL YOU KNOW YOU CAN PROVIDE THE SERVICE!!!! Avoid this company - plenty more to choose from.
Great service. Used them 4 times this month to pick up and drop off parents from/to the airport and because of the tube strike. They were always on time and customer service was helpful too. Will use them again.
I traveled to London by train and stayed at a hotel with my family. We were in London for only a day and then needed a taxi to the airport. We chose British Airport Transfer and I was pretty happy. almost three hours before the flight we received a call from the hotel lobby that our taxi had arrived. Our luggage was transported to the car before we left the hotel building and we reached the airport comfortably. I was surprised that I had never heard of this service before but I am sure to recommend it to others now!
