Don't use this company - I don't like giving even a one star rating but you can't post a review otherwise! My partner and I booked for them to take us to the airport a week ago. It was a 4am pick up - they arrived 10 minutes early and then cancelled the job, 5 minutes after they were MEANT to arrive, despite talking to us on the phone. We were lucky enough to get an uber in time and it cost us only £4 more. I'll never use them again.
Horrible service! They asked me to pay for deposit when I booked with them, and it has been already 2weeks, i still can not get my money back. I've tried to call them to ask about it, they hung up or reject my call.
Canciled last minute and did not come in time horrible service and very rude
very bad service i will never use them again.
