The service l have been receiving has been very good, some of the drivers am use to. My only concern is a female Asian controller, she never gets it right and her accent is not the best. However a part from that excellent service.
Great service , really happy.
DO NOT USE BLACKHORSE RD BRANCH! turned up 40 minutes late for airport trip. Driver drove erratically and dangerously. Passengers were actually scared! Response from manager was driver was ill at the time he was driving so not their responsibility! Refused to refund fare because "you were delivered to your destination".
Over priced. Went to Canary wharf £17 don't mind that, went to Stratford station charged £11. Wtf
I have been using this cab service for years. Always on time. Great drivers and good prices.
Terrible customer service. Nobody answers the phone for hour after hour.
