Needed 4 taxi rides for this weekend, so booked 2 days in advance. All 4 taxis turned up bang on time and I liked receiving a text giving me the details of the car make, model, colour and reg number so I knew it was for me. Charged me exactly what was quoted in advance. Felt very safe. Will use again!
Very rude woman on phone. Impatient and patronising with an abrasive manner. Unclear accent too.
The rudest and worst minicab company in London. The controller was so rude about the driver being late for an airport pickup I couldn’t believe my ears. I would have given ZERO stars if that rating was possible
Booked them for an early morning call for the airport. Showed up on time. Reasonable price too.
The driver was soo creepy was looking at me in weird ways wanted to tell him that i dont swing his way but was afraid. You need to be careful of who you employ.
