I googled this pharmacy just to get the phone number and noticed the 1* reviews so I had to put one of my own. I've used it on several occasions and have found pharmacy staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient. Absolutely no complaint at all.
Different people have different experiences when visiting a chemist but my experience at this chemist is fine , it's best not to judge other bad comments as we dnt know the full circumstances but in my opinion the staff are quiet and friendly and Simon is a exceptional chemist with excellent people skills
I have used Higgins since they were in st John's road and I will always be a patron of the best chemist's in liverpool. Nothing is to mutch for them, extremely reliable and most importantly the pharmacist is there for any other problem you have.
