I bought my Triumph Street Cup brand new from these guys. Ben made it very painless and kept in constant contact with me. The bike's first 500 mile service ran smoothly and was also quick. He part exchanged my old bike Honda hassle free and very pleased with the overall service from these guys. The complimentary coffee was actually pretty good also!
Fantastic service as usual. Ben was great and very friendly with excellent knowledge of the bikes. Gave me a great deal and kept me supplied with drinks and bike chat. Rest of the guys were friendless with nothing too much trouble. Many thanks and happy riding. Shari
Just picked up my new Speed Twin last week, great service from Herts Triumph, Ben could not have been more helpful.
Great dealer as are most Triumph dealers to be honest. Toby was a big help with my purchase and the parts dept got in the extra bits I wanted in very quick time... They also did a very good service on my Speed Triple... I still miss On-Yer-Triump, but these guys are as close as you'll get!!! Very happy!!!
Picked up my Bonneville yesterday, Ben was fantastic from the start to handing over the bike. Really knowledgeable with helpful tips and advice. Ben really takes customer service seriously and was very helpful in sorting out a good deal. I would highly recommend Herts Triumph, and Go and speak to Ben who really knows Triumph.
Recently bought a speed triple, from Herts, with the help of Ben Sherman. He made it fairly painless and more than happy for me to test ride any bike I wanted. Very happy with the service and very happy with the post sales follow up. Most of the time you won't hear back from the sales person, but Ben's been great.
Lovely dealership with great staff, dealt with Mantas mostly. Not pushy and honest about their bikes, down to earth but still professional. Got all the bells and whistles picking up my bike even though it was an ex demo, made me feel like I'd brought a brand new one! Love my Street Triple!
Myself and my friend were looking at purchasing two bikes and this dealership came highly recommended for four things 1 service 2 variety 3 advice 4 cost After travelling 30 miles from our home town bypassing a number of other dealerships on the way we finally arrived and was greeted with the warmest welcome by Ben - one of the nicest, sincere, genuine sales guy you will ever ever meet. And I mean that. After chatting for about an hour he got us out on a few bikes T120 for me and the Street Triple for my friend. I wasn’t too sure what to get, classic or roadster but Ben suggested I should take time to think about my style and what i wanted from the bike. He used the analogy “What bike will make you smile every time you lift the garage door up” very wise counsel which we really appreciated. Ben got to know us not only as just “another customer” but who we were as bikers and what style we wanted to achieve and get from our riding experience. After all, we live for the ride! After a few more visits and many many hours of wise counsel from Ben discussing the T120 and Triple conundrum we finally found our bikes the triple, yes two triples. One of which was a rare Matt black that he had to source specifically for us. If you are looking for a dealership that gives you the best advice, superior service, makes you feel at home , gives you the best possible deal without any pressure to buy there and then, you can’t walk away from this dealership; speak to Ben at Triumph Herts as there’s no point in going anywhere else. I have already referred two of my work colleagues to him. Thank you Ben and the team for standing by for many weeks whilst we decide which bike we wanted, we really appreciate it and will be returning back for my 2nd bike - the T120 !
Excellent Customer Service from Adrian. Dropped in to look at some bikes in person after scrolling through hundreds online and getting no where. set me up with two test rides on the bikes i was looking at even though on one a demo bike wasn't ready available. After test riding both bikes we sat down and made a deal. all in all a very pleasant experience and the bike has been awesome!
Bought a new Bonneville Newchurch after using their demo Bonneville while my Street Triple was being serviced, what a great bike. Adrian Cheung had to take over the sale as the salesman I was dealing with moved on. In short, he sorted it all out, and I collected the bike two days before I was told it would be ready. Great Service.
