No complaints as others seem to suggest. I attended with a friend to browse items, we were given a very warm welcome & were shown around the location by Tony who was very friendly and helpful.
He made a good effort to explain their services & appears to have a passion for the business which has a huge selection of furniture in varying conditions.
Incredible experience & would certainly recommend to those seeking a large selection of antiques.
I don't know the owner so as my only critique, after getting quotes, she thought the prices were a bit high for her budget.

Was going to make a visit but after reading the honest reviews I won`t bother. I hope the owner reads this and realizes the power of poor reviews. I think his friends must have written the 5 star ones

We had a very successful visit to Bushwood Antiques earlier today. we were very well looked after by 3 lovely gentleman and I can honestly say that nothing was too much trouble. I gave the briefest of specifications for a table and chairs and was show exactly what I had been looking for! that was the easy part but then we had to find chairs and I tried more than I can remember and all with the guidance of the owner. We met the gentleman who will now restore the furniture that we chose and I can't wait to see the finished items. All in all a really lovely shopping experience. Please go along and see for yourself and disregard some of the less that complimentary reviews.

Lovely lady welcomed us however the owner who joined us was extremely rude. Why advertise online if you really do not want the general public to view. Such a shame.

As several others have said, browsers are not welcome - it's a 'serious business', so if you're not buying on the day, you're not made particularly welcome. We did get to look around the huge warehouse, but were made to feel we were inconveniencing the owner as he didn't have any staff with him that day.
I appreciate that any purchase we might have made wouldn't have been worth his while anyway, but it would have been nice to know in advance. The website loudly states in big red letters on the front page that they are now open 7 days a week, which implies people are welcome to go along. It's also advertised in every issue of My At Albans News, a lovely free magazine, which makes you think they want customers!
To avoid these types of comments, it might be better to say on the website that it's by appointment only.
