Lovely gentleman called Dan at the Stevenage town centre (store number 349) forum helped myself and my mum. We were looking for a mirror, he checked on the stock checked and it was showing 6 however, we couldn't find them in the shop. He looked and said I'm sorry it might be a picking error. We left the shop and walked to home bargains, the lovely gentleman Dan running after us and said I'm so sorry I have now found them in the back of the warehouse. Not only had he come and let us know he continued looking for them when we had left, most staff would just leave it! So pleased with it and the customer service! Please give Dan the recognition e deserves! Thanks :)

Dark, dingy but cheap so...  yes, I'll keep going. If you can survive Aldi and Lidl you'll be fine in B&M
