Sometimes you find some real tat in B & M. But generally I find that the branded products are really good value compared with the local Sainsbury's across the road. Parking is easier too. No negative comments about the staff and the store is generally kept nice and tidy. A regular visitor here.

A nice big store, packed to the rafters with lots of goods. Most things are a bit cheaper than you'd find elsewhere. Getting served is the worst thing about the shop, and when thy do open another till when the queue gets a bit long, you'll find the usual disorganised rush from customers behind you.

Drove 10 miles to my nearest store at Letchworth in search of an item on their website - child’s unicorn fleecy blanket. Searched everywhere to no avail so asked member of staff, pointed me to two areas where he was told they may be - no luck. Found an assistant in the toy aisle who looked up on her hand held stock checker & said it indicated 12 in stock - she took me to where she thought they might be - again no luck. How can a store have 12 of an item in stock but no-one knows where the hell in the shop they might be. Frustrated to say the least - disappointed too. Won’t rush back in a hurry. Wasted journey, waste of time & waste of petrol.

Bargain store with some plus points. It's cheap and cheerful. Only down side is it was untidy in areas and queues at the till on the day I went there
