wonderful building.very proactive road safety group partnership aiming to drive down death and injury on Hertfordshire roads. lose one star for the serco parking guy. not his fault there is no parking. But lack of flexibility and compromise isn't really helpful.
As a whole, I find Hertfordshire County very good with overseeing the care, attention and protection of its residents.nToo many reviews on here are for borough councils or the highways department. Unfortunately some people don’t seem to be able to tell the difference.nMy experience has been positive.
The council offices now need to sort out adult services social workers as for their isn’t one social worker who is trained in using telephones for communicating with members of public they think they are a law to their selves I will be soon taking the press into their offices to discuss their law braking ways that their social workers are using on people with dementia they now need to get of the pot and put some money into helping unpaid carers for their relatives who are carers and their social workers at adult services need to learn on how to do a proper carers assessments now it’s time to wake up and smell the coffee and get of the pot or close down Adults services once and for all because their is not one good social worker in that office that knows what they are doing now this is in Stevenage
Extremely helpful lady today ,unfortunately computer not responding, however guided me in the right direction.
Was in Hertford yesterday 1st October.. We walked along the river which was lovely, I looked overnat the flats that were built and could not believe that the board of council that passed these building plans , there were no balconies over looking the river . I hope the new flats they are building have balconies overlooking the river so that people that live there can sit out on a sunny afternoon and relax and watch the ducks and walkers passing bye bye . Please give this a thought .
