wonderful building.very proactive road safety group partnership aiming to drive down death and injury on Hertfordshire roads. lose one star for the serco parking guy. not his fault there is no parking. But lack of flexibility and compromise isn't really helpful.

I live in a cul de sac of 5 houses serviced by one street lamp.The light bulb went out some 2 months ago. I phoned the County Council to arrange this to be attended to and was informed that the request had been logged. Almost two months down the line the fault has still not been fixed. With the dark long evenings this has created a problem due to cars parked on the unlit road . The Council site states 20 days as the period within which such problems will be sorted. My reporting this was almost 35 to 40 days ago. !!! Poor service I am afraid .
