Without a shadow of a doubt the worst local council I have ever had to deal with.  Mean, penny pinching, completely unreasonable policies galore and unhelpful, rude staff who haven't the first idea about how to speak to people with even a basic level of courtesy.  They take a "computer says no" approach taken to every single interaction with residents and trying to discuss anything with any of them like an adult is a frustrating, soul destroying process.

what a joke, informed them about the dumping of rubbish and nothing heard back, and more rubbish being dumped there now, than before, next were have rats.

If I could give them a minus star this would be more appropriate. By far the worst council I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Unhelpful and rude. Non-existent customer service and full of self-importance. Absolutely useless in every aspect.

missed rubbish collection again - considering they only collect rubbish every two weeks they then have the cheek to not empty my bin when there supposed too, i am overflowing with rubbish now! - maybe i should just dump all my bin bags in front of your office instead...
