This review is in relation to the council's looking after of the roads on their patch: it's awful. They don't fix things when reported through their stupid website reporting system, it seems they don't care. Photos attached of a 90mm deep pothole I've been trying to get fixed for ages. The metal rule is 30cm long for scale.

I'm 42 and have epilepsy and mental health problems what has got worse over the last 12 years since I have been living in my flat at the knoll Pinehurst Hertford Hertfordshire I have had to put up with drug addicts and the smell of the stuff trouble with certain Young neighbours in the block with loud music and I have had several doctors and nurses and my professor from the national society for epilepsy write to the housing about moving me out of this trouble area and put me in a bungalow for my health and safety especially as I have no warning before the seizures and have walked out of my flat and almost lost my left hand in seizures as my hand was under the hot water tap I had to have a skin graft and because the flat is very narrow I have banged my head several times and had to call an ambulance . people should read more about epilepsy as I find alot of people don't understand what you can do to yourself when having a seizure as it is a very bad disability I've been in all the hospitals in Hertfordshire.

pretty dreadful - no one answers phones, website links don't work, when you do get through it will be the wrong department ..........
