Been tryin for the past week to get ahold of a pair of sneakers and i m.never available afternoon and i usually start work at 10, they are suppoed to be open at 9, but hey i came here 3 days in a row and at 9:10 they enter in the shop and arround 9:30 maybe they open the shop. Shop is suppoed to be open at aroun 9:00 /9:10

Not surprised by all the negative feedbacks , Me and my friend as well experienced rubbish customer service from manager and staff, so so rude. Ended up not buying anything, they loss 🤷🏼‍♀️

My girlfriend bought for my birthday Adidas shoes in the Brent Cross branch.. when I opened the box I checked it and I saw a little fault, so I went in the one in Edgware the next day for an exchange.. I tried on the same one, they were ok.. at the till the manager or the one in charge refused to exchange it.. I called the customer service and they said that I can change it in every JD shop if the item is available so they were allowed to do but no way!! Even when I spoke over the phone with the customer service i received apologies about the service I received! Every review of this shop in Edgware looks like the same and I still don’t understand why they carry on like that and don’t fix the problems!

Why have a phone if you do not answer? (essential for a shop that does not have online stock check) Should close the place down or get new management.

Is only leting me to put one star if not will noy be any i just been to the shop and one crazy women caling her manger wich is qlll ready coming ungry in tge fron is not lisening to no one is just screaming like crazy she is not gone do qny thing how on heart u can buy something from half in hour and not to exchange it for u sayingu wear it outside and they look difrent color wow that management she is rude and screaming not even new how to handle the costumers shame shame she is ascting like is her daddy shop that how u been treat it in edgware as regular costumers plus u have to wait in the counter like 20 minutes some one to think to come to serve u and when they arive they are talking personal staf like they are at home i work as well i k ow u treat costumers as some one that is paying for it so shame
