Henrys Bay House has been my favourite Stranraer dining spot for many years. The service is friendly and prompt and the prices are reasonable. My ideal meal at Henrys would be Garlic Mushrooms Gratin, Chicken Fajitas and Creme Brulee.
Booked in for Christmas lunch. The food and service was amazing. Can't wait to go back!
Didn't eat here myself but a friend did and said it was lovely. I only had a drink and sitting outside oveooking the loch on a fine day was wonderful. Extremely nice staff and interesting looking menu.
Excellent food and service, I am gluten and dairy intolerant and this wasn’t an issue.
Very pleased we managed to get a table at our second attempt. The service was fantastic. Attentive but not over the top and very friendly. We had a problem with one of our mains but this was dealt with very well and the lady in charge seemed really upset that it wasn't right. Other than that the food was very good and nicely presented too. We had lobster to share and it was delicious. Starters and desserts were also excellent. We will definitely return when in the area.
