Friendly staff, efficient service. Chicken wings to start were tasty and at two for £7 were good value. Daughter's macaroni with a side of garlic bread went down well. I had steak pie which was under seasoned and cooked to death, resembling shredded pulled brisket, the pastry was eh, well fired and almost burnt. Potatoes were hot but the veg bordered on cold. Edible but not the best. To finish off hot chocolate fudge cake, this was nuked to death but again edible. Apple crumble with crumble was good. All in all an up and down experience saved by the staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff, food was good but a little $ for what it was. Served food later into the evening which was very helpful for us.

Busy, friendly bar/ restaurant easily accessible from car parks. Good service to table. Husband had pie, veg and mash and enjoyed. The Caeser salad was a little disappointing, but only through volume rather than quality. Great coffee!
