Great choice if you are traveling through or like us taking the ferry to Belfast.nNothing available near the ferry terminal. This was about as close as we could get. And only a 10.00 taxi transfer to the dock. Or take the bus, it's a bit cheaper but not as convenient.nHave to admit initially that when we walked up to the main check- in I was a bit concerned on room quality. But that concern quickly disappeared when we got to the room.nWe were escorted down the sidewalk to another bldg. The room...wow...!!! What a surprise. Beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. Big T.V. with cable. Big bathroom...just nothing negative to say.nWe ate dinner here twice because the 1st dinner was so good. Breakfast was freshly cooked. Not the standard Scottish buffet. Fresh coffee, juice. The best buttery croissants...!!nStaff very friendly, kind. Just a great stop. A fitting end to a wonderful 30 day trip in Scotland...well done...Thank you...!!!
Stayed overnight due to an early ferry crossing. The room was excellent, the staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was very good, with excellent views across the Loch. Numerous locals were also dining,which is always a good sign. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt be back at some point.
We stayed here recently and the room we had was downstairs. It was very noisy with staff, guests and dining guests. The carpet was filthy and dusty. I wish the staff would have advised us that the room’s location would be hearing a significant amount of noise. We heard alarms with the place was opened us in the morning. It was highly overpriced for what we got. We have been traveling for 5 weeks and this was the worst place we stayed.

We stayed last night for a quick stop over to catch the Ferry today. The ferry is only 10 minutes from the hotel.nOur room was comfortable, very clean, large shower/ bathroom .nThe staff were ALL so friendly and welcoming.nWe enjoyed a delicious dinner in their restaurant and they even packed us a great lunch to go , as we would miss breakfast this am!!nThank you so very much for your hospitality
