I experienced friendly and efficient service at the Hendy Kia, Tunbridge Wells dealership whilst purchasing a Kia Rio. The principle salesman concerned was Mr James Glen whose friendly, calm and approachable nature put me at my ease throughout the whole process. At no point was I put under any pressure. His level of service was impeccable. I also met Alex the Sales/Dealership Manager along the process and Ash who handed over the vehicle to me. All were examples of very polite and friendly staff, including Glen (Service) and the approachable and friendly lady who was very welcoming too. The friendly atmosphere of the dealership makes it a welcoming experience which puts a buyer at ease. James and Ash have been very encouraging in terms of any after sales care/information that I might need, which makes me feel that it isn't just a sale then done attitude. I am also really pleased with the car. I have only had it for an afternoon, but already I am impressed by various specifications. All in all I am pleased to have had such a positive experience.

Bought a bad apple from here! Kia sorento 59 plate in silver paid 10.000 cash for it they wouldn't let me test drive due to cleaning it. Paid cash & full price 3 months warranty was pointless as on return to them with car they pulled every trick out the book to riggle out of repairs.  and we spent thousands putting it right! With help from a very good reputable garage repairs in maidstone. Bad staff here unhelpfull also & sales people here are rip off britain. Avoid this dealership or take a risk with them.!! Choice is yours.!!

Service Advisor is clueless. Purchased a car from another dealership which was supplied new by these guys. The dealership I bought it from told me to call this dealership to get a duplicate service book and ask them to stamp it up. He informed me that this is not allowed! why I don't know as I have previously done this with no hassle. Apparently because I didn't pay for the service I am not allowed to get a service stamp! I would give in if I was asking for previous owners service invoice as it would have the name and  address on it.
Avoid at all costs.

A very caring dealership, first time through door straightaway friendly sales person clean and bright show room. Enquired as to test drive Picanto automatic arranged at our convenience. After test drive no pressure time to think went in to dealership a few days later placed order. Colour required six weeks wait ordered kept up to date warm friendly voice on phone. Collected Picanto 3 pop orange today very happy experience,very happy man.
