From the first interaction with Jude at Hendy Kia Tunbridge Wells I had a great experience. Jude is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable and attentive. His calm personality helps in making a purchase and it made the experience simple and enjoyable. He kept me in the loop throughout the process from putting down the initial deposit to handover of the vehicle and look forward to working with him again. He even put a nice little gift in the glove compartment as I picked up the car the day after my birthday. Thanks Jude and Hendy Kia TW.
I do not usually leave reviews but I felt it was important to explain what amazing customer service I have been given at Hendy Kia Tunbridge Wells from Laurence Kane. This is customer service at its best and there are many car salespeople that could learn from Laurence.nAs a disabled person, finding the right car can sometimes be difficult. Laurence took the time to get to know me and my family, understanding my requirements for a new car but also never pressured me into a sale.nLaurence kept me regularly updated throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble.nHow he remembered all the little details about me and my family was incredible plus he never made me feel stupid when I asked questions.nI can not rate Laurence highly enough … 5 stars doesn’t seem enough! Went to Kia Tunbridge Wells today and was met by a lovely man called Matthew Wilson who was very friendly and informative . Made us feel at ease straight away.. he is a credit to the company couldn’t fault him … so big Thankyou and looking forward to seeing him when we pick our new vehicle up many thanks again Neil and Shirley
Just wanted to comment on the experience I had recently at Hendy Kia Tunbridge Wells. I do not usually leave reviews but felt compelled to on this occasion to highlight the excellent service I received from sales advisor Laurence Kane. Laurence made the experience of navigating through the various options available to me very easy to understand in a professional manner throughout. He certainly knows his product with an encyclopaedic recall of specification and model variants delivered as I say professionally but also in a friendly and approachable manner. I would thoroughly recommend Hendy Kia Tunbridge Wells
Just bought a new Kia from Hendy. Excellent customer service and great car. Special mention for Laurence for being such a decent salesman, no pressure just honest and engaging. Thank you!!
