Great gym. Staff very helpful and friendly. Particularly Linda, who in my opinion, exceeds her remit. Definitely recommend.

What a superb gym in the heart of finaghy. Got chatting to a lot of the staff. They are all very knowledgable and friendly helping with my rehab exercises.

**BEWARE** If you are paying by Direct Debit you will want to STAY AWAY from these guys, they are underhand when it comes to cancelling your membership.  Sent a cancellation request in writing just before Christmas, giving my months’ notice and i am still being pursued for payment by "Debit Finance"  Despite me offering them a copy of the letter (which i kept) they are unwilling to honour it.  
I also contacted Debit finance a month ago and they ignored my requests.  I could understand if i had been using their services since I sent the letter but i have not.  I think they must do this to get extra Direct Debits out of ex customers, thinking they have nothing to lose. 
I’ve been a customer on and off with them over the years and would have been joining again in August / September once my ankle is better but won’t be now.  Lesson Learned.

Friendly helpful staff , great facility , clean , healthy food served downstairs , this place has everything.
