I stayed in room 4, in the annex, a twin room with shared bathroom. Room was fine, clean and spacious. The showers are in my opinion poor. The power was not great, and ran hot and cold, and the shower head could do with being replaced. 
Breakfast was o.k., a selection of fruits and yogurt etc. Host was pleasant and friendly

No sauna as it was broke. No gym just a few rusty weights and a cycle machine. Nice continental  breakfast. Cost and comfortable but given the poor facilities overpriced.

Lovely grounds and beautiful house only downfall is there are no toilets in your rooms in the annexed. It didn't bother me and would go stay again. Lovely breakfast
