Went for Mothering Sunday with a party of 7 including 2 cchildre. Food was good. Nicely served & good portion sizes.
Magician "in attendance"  at tables. Excellent entertainment!!  Was particularly good with the kids - 6 year old in particular. Very pleasant  lunchtime.

Been going for years.  Always massive portions, great quality and great price.  The staff are great with the kids and always seem to find you a table. Wonderful place

Had become my regular place to have dinner an few drinks ,, lovely friendly staff ,, the food is really good an great value ,,, just ordered stuff an turf absolutely gorgeous

Staff are friendly enough just seem incompetent. 
The place was half full but it still too 20 mins to bring the drinks once we placed the order.  Whilst we were waiting we were entertained by the staff dropping drinks on other tables. 
About 10 mins after we placed the food order they came out to say that as our party was large (12) it would take an extra 30 mins to prepare the food order. After that the food came around 30 mins so that we a good estimate. 
The food was OK. But nothing special.
Final small issue is that they don't take Amex, but they take Visa. I know I am picky, but I am the customer and I was not totally satisfied.

The worst 2 hours of my life. What a waste of time waited 35 mins for starters which were medeoca.  Luxury prawn  cocktail were shrimp.  Waited 30 mins for a drink and 2 hours later still no main courses.  Manager unapologetic not sorry one bit. So 2 hours and 20 minutes later we left without any food. Would definitely avoid it at all costs.  Only put 1 star because it wouldn't let me put none. Absolutely disgusting
