Fantastic pub and people! Sticking to the COVID guidelines and rules and not taking nonsense from anyone who tries to do otherwise. Felt very safe.

To me the best proper old school pub in brighton. Friendly fabulous atmosphere with great beer and the awesome jukebox You always feel safe when Bailey comes downstairs and plonks himself on the bar. Can't wait to head back there

Nice cozy pub. Met the cat, which turned out to be a bit famous and played some rummikub. Bartender was very welcoming and loved the jukebox.

Lovely pub, great staff and good atmosphere. The little courtyard out back in beautiful and sheltered from the wind which is a win!

The Heart & Hand has an old time, small town pub feel to it. Staff is mega cool, and Bailey the bar cat is just incredible. I mean holy hell is this car fluffy. Maybe fat + fluff. Go give her a good petting!
