Very disappointing visit. My husband ordered a mixed grill. There was very little meat on the plate, less than a handful of chips. And the so called grilled tomato was all shrivelled up and dry. I had Caribbean chicken with rice and corn on the cob. The chicken was quite nice, but corn on the cob was cold and the rice on the edge was all dried up. Used to love going there but, was not worth the money this time. Only think that was nice was our desserts

The food isn't the greatest but this does reflect in the price. I took the healthy option salad with salmon and thought it was alright. The wife took the seabass  and chips and wasn't impressed even though I thought it looked alright.  The most strangest thing is the "famous harvester salad bar" everything looked like it came from a can! So not very fresh at all or inviting. Staff were very friendly.

Exceptional food and service. The waitress that served me when above and beyond and I was so impressed with her! Very lovely experience

A modern Harvester, we stopped northbound on the M1 for breakfast and were far better served than in the over-priced Services. 

The all you can eat breakfast is the bargain of the decade, quality may be higher at Cote or Carluccio's, but two will eat for the price of one at Harvester for breakfast. 

Staff are friendly and efficient,  would use this one again if in or passing Northampton.

I really am sorry to say that the Christmas Lunch we had did not live up to expectations either in quality or quantity. Although well presented we found it lacked substance and was sparse in terms of plate size. The menu described the choices in a way that enthused the reader and enticed the taste buds. Service was excellent and staff welcoming. My partner and I spent over £ 100.00 on the meals and on early reflection, have now looked at what else we might have done with the money. I honestly think we could have done much better and for less expense. Again, I am sorry because it was an event we thought would be far more promising.
