Overall a lovely experience at the Harvester. We had a lovely table overlooking the harbour, and the food and service were great. Very reasonable prices, and our first impression of the Harvester was a good one. We did feel a little rushed to eat and leave the table, but apart from that we have no complaints.
I was dragged in here for lunch on a Monday - I have never had a good experience at a Harvester so I wasn't happy... However, the service was superb Tiff was our server she is a credit to the restaurant the restaurant and restrooms was spotlessly clean and the food was delicious. Will definitely eat here again if we're in the area.
First time as a family going to a Harvester and sad that it was on our holiday and not close to home!! On arrival were happy, plesent and professional staff. Lovely clean and tidy. Food was amazing and cooked to perfection. If we go back will definitely go again and gutted we don't have one close to us in Weston-super-Mare!! Thank you for a lovely meal on our holiday!
We always enjoy this Harvester, good service, good food and the views This time we went for my birthday, unfortunately the one dessert we all chose was out of stock!! but otherwise was a lovely visit. Would recommend
Lovely Harvester on the Harbourside, friendly professional staff, clean hygienic premises, perfectly cooked food and fresh salad, great waiter Brendan and good prices for a set lunch. Ate far too much and could hardly walk back to the car! Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options and also vegan choices too which are highlighted on the menu. Kid-friendliness: Very good with children and patient. There are colouring books for them and a special menu Parking: There is a public car park nearby but it is small and very busy. Easier to park in the big multistorey carpark and walk for 5 mins. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is all on the flat with space for wheelchair access between tables. Dietary restrictions: When the waiter/ess comes to introduce themselves, one of the first things they ask is if there are any allergens they should be aware of. Excellent customer service.
I was visiting Torquay alone and wanted somewhere to have a quiet, relaxing pint, ideally with a decent view. The rooftop terrace of the Harvester in the quay was the ideal location. Although more expensive than the local Wetherspoons, the Harvester is much less crowded, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the service is prompt and polite. Thanks for a chilled hour of 'me time'.
Very short staffed and needed to ask for aircon vent over our table to be switched off as very cold, but Carol was lovely and despite being on her own did amazing job and didn't have to wait too long, all the food was very nice and great to be able to self serve salad again!
Was great food and good service. Becky the manager was super helpful and welcoming. Will be returning with family again. We had a table of 8 and all were happy with the meal.
Was pleasantly surprised with the establishment on arriving taken to our table promptly everywhere was exceptionally clean including the toilet's Richard our server was very pleasant and helpful the food was excellent would definitely return xFood: 5/5
Terrible, has made me dislike harvesters for the unseeable future. Been here twice, 1st time for just a desert, which was a rocky horror. This was cold brownie is meant to be hot and not mixed or layered, just ice cream dropped onto brownie. 2nd time we thought we give them a second chance, went to the bar to order to be told no food outside, not any deserts. On a beautiful hot summers day they would not serve outside. I personally say avoid and give other restaurants in the area a good try, as all are fantastic Sorry harvester, but it makes sense why we are seeing you less and less.
