Booked my car in online for a prepaid service part of package. They didn't have a hire car on the day I selected, so they called me and communicated well. They offered me the next morning where I could wait from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. I think they went slightly over time in the end, the car was ready at 10:10 a.m. - very professional, clean car, explained the service, highlighted the advisories. There isn't a good comfortable waiting area, the front area is bare, open and on show. But I still managed to do some work there on a laptop. I'd recommend Brayley Kia.
I have to say, from start to finish, the service and friendliness of all the staff was brilliant, especially from Rodger. Previously, when purchasing a car, I've found salesmen to be a bit pushy, and only interested in the sale. However, Rodger was the complete opposite! He advised, listened and guided us through the whole process brilliantly. He is a credit to the Kia workforce! I'm really happy with the car too . 5 star!
I'm very happy with Brayley's service, They collected my car, serviced it and cleaned it inside & out. The only thing wrong was the fact they said an operative would collect my car between 7.30 am and 8am on their way to work so I got up early, no one turned up until 9.45am. It was returned the same afternoon, JOB WELL DONE.
Avoid!! Avoid! Avoid the brand. I write this review so no other Family or person experiences the same issue we are going through with a very heavy heart and I wish my family and I were not in this awful situation. Following purchasing our Kia Sportage AWD AT GT line 2018 with 33 000 Miles 6 months ago, we have now found ourselves car less after just 7000 miles. The car was originally bought by the first owner from Brayley Kia Oxford dealer and all 3 previous services done by this dealer and now sits in their work shop for more than 3 weeks with no diagnostics being conducted and clearly no indication of when they will be able to diagnose the vehicle. The diagnostics done by our privately contracted road side assistance Kia Road side not available when called stated the gear box has failed and cannot engage gears Note this is an Auto. The car smells of burnt Clutch which we were advised by the road side assistance that this issue seems to be an internal gear box issue from his professional opinion. The car is way under the 100000miles/7year warranty. The dealer have confirmed over 16 breakdowns and also have cars there for repairs over two months and understandably work on a first come first serve basics. We have laid complaints with Kia UK and get no assistance what so ever and all we get told is the dealers are independent. Kia as a group and as a dealer do not stand by what they advertise especially the Kia Family like care part. We understand things break but breaking and not having an indication of when this can be repaired nor assist with providing a loan car while they resolve the break down is definitely not family like care. This is a very cut down edit of our experience with KIA as a whole. Extremely frustrating and utterly unacceptable!!!
I am delighted with my Kia Niro hybrid from Brayleys. I have just taken it in for its first annual service and everything was done well in the agreed time frame. My two questions were answered immediately and it was returned to me looking immaculate.
Last year in summer I worked there for two and a half months on junior management position and during that very short period I witnessed a financial fraud, dismissal of their general manager who was blamed in my opinion unfairly for that fraud, new car abuse, driving on public road without number plates, mobbing of one of my colleagues who then decided quit and couple of other minor dodgy practices I won't mention here. On the other hand Brayleys Cars as a whole is managed by a very professional and hard working people; Paul Brayley himself and senior managers I had a pleasure to meet I do respect a lot. Same I can say about Kia's representatives I worked with and my colleagues from the branch. Unfortunately this particular location seemed to inherit at least one bad egg from Humphris Seat days together with his very questionable working ethics. This is a big shame because Kia cars are honestly really really good and they deserve better dealership in Oxford.
Rodger made the whole part exchange process so easy. Everything went as planned and he even helped with the personal number plate swap. I met, and asked questions of other staff, and they were also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealer.
We couldn't fault the service from Brayley Kia. They picked up our car from home and carried out a service returning the car within the window we requested. We would highly recommend them to friends and family.
Bought a second-hand Sportage from here a year ago and it's been great - only one minor problem with the boot that was covered under the warranty and they fixed straight away. Sales process was really smooth, Rodger was friendly and helpful without being overbearing.
Great experience. Purchasing a car was done with ease. William in particular made the sale as smooth as possible. Would 100% recommend.
