Very clean premises and a pleasure to visit. Friendly, welcoming staff that you feel are Audi enthusiasts themselves. Waited yesterday for a 2 hour oil change service - there is a clean area with table and chairs so you can work or read to pass the time with coffee. Always a pleasure to visit.
I had a really positive experience at this dealership and, in particular, with Vee Verma, who handled things brilliantly throughout the purchase of my Audi Q2. Vee was extremely helpful and professional throughout, taking time both prior to the sale and on the day of purchase & collection, to make sure that I was 100% happy with everything. He was also super patient when we had some problems with the transfer of funds and was very good about maintaining contact with me after the purchase, ensuring that everything was going smoothly. I felt very well looked after at all times and was very grateful for the individualised service that I received from this dealership. I would also like to note the care and professionalism of other members of the team at this point, in particular Bobby Singh and Nick Crabtree: Bobby was very helpful in chasing things up re. the delayed funds and Nick was extremely kind, going above and beyond to ensure that things would work out for me I had travelled a considerable distance and needed to secure the purchase on that specific day, but the delay with the funds made it look like this might be a problem. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews of this dealership - I had a thoroughly positive experience there and would absolutely recommend them.
Avoid to service your car in this place if you care at all about having a safe car and not being stolen your money for actually damaging your car. I left the car there with an ABS warning light on and they gave it back to me with the engine brocken after they did a "test drive" which was unnecessary and I had not agreed upon; after that they said they would need to "investigate" the issue with the engine, when at a different garage I was told that the engine was completely dead. The people working there are actually not mechanics, but "part changers" that don't care about the cars they have but about making your bill as big as you accept. An update on this review: audi marshal just appear to answer the Google reviews and then don't ever answer your emails. They ask you to write them an email but this is just so that they look they care about their customers in the reviews.
Consistently useless. Literally every time I have used Oxford Audi which unfortunately has been many, the service has been utterly useless from start to finish. -Inexperienced service staff that know absolutely nothing about the cars that they are dealing with. -Lost keys & long waits for apparently no reason whatsoever. -Emails not replied to. -Trying to sell work which doesn't need doing although this isn't unique to Audi!. AVOID!
In all honesty my second bad experience with Marshall’s audi Oxford. During the last service I had to wait a whole entire day at the dealership with no offer of a drink or an explanation as to why the vehicle hadn’t gone in on its allocated time. I had to repeatedly ask “why has the vehicle not gone in”? And then no apology for the wasted entire day waiting. A year has gone by and my vehicle was due another minor service for which I had paid for on the service plan previously. I reluctantly went back to Marshalls hoping for a better service. I arrived at 0800 for a 08:15 appt for my vehicle. I was told someone would call me over to sort the vehicle out. After 30 mins I had to ask who was sorting my vehicle out while the agents were all sat at there desks. Then there was a confusion as to what I had booked the car in for. Eventually we sorted that and I was taken to the curtesy car, which was dirty inside with sticky marks and crumbs on the seats. The exterior was also dirty and not what you would expect from Audi. I then went to work and waited for the video which arrived a few hours later. I tired to call to discuss as there was a discrepancy in the list and after 3 attempts I got though. I then received a call voice message informing me of a reduced cost for an additional service and to call to confirm the go ahead. I returned the call and asked reception to pass the message on as the agent was busy. Collection time came and upon my arrival I was presented with the bill and it was minus the additional service. The message had not been passed forward and I then had to wait for an additional hour while the vehicle work was carried out. It’s such a shame as Audi’s have been in our family for 3 generations and I was always an advocate for them as a brand and their quality. In the future I am seriously thinking of jumping ship and I doubt I will return to Marshalls now. Hopefully this feedback can help polish their service and make things a bit more efficient as both a dealer and a brand.
I bought a car off Sophia one of the sales executives a few weeks ago, Sophia was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, I am very pleased with the car, everything was explained to me very well and I never felt pressured into purchasing this car. I highly recommend Sophia.

Dealt with Hassan who is a total gent. Traded out our old Discovery. Deal as expected and no hassle. Straightforward. Also had a follow up call from Hassan which was unexpected but nice touch.
Just bought this fantastic Python Yellow A1 Vorsprung and had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Ali Shah. Ali was patient, calm and informative and we reached a great deal for my trade in. After the deal Ali kept in touch with regular updates via phone and email and nothing was too much trouble. I'm very happy with my car, it's my second Audi and the experience and would happily recommend Mr. Shah and Audi Oxford if you're looking for a great deal on a fabulous AUDI!
