Only really dealt with the motorcycle side. Very good friendly service allowed plenty of time to test ride a bike. Bought one there and then. Given refreshments whilst going through paper work. Thank you Ivor for your help will recommend and will be back.

The staff at dealerships such as this, seem to assume if you are a young individual, you can't afford to purchase a car there. I have been to BMW with my Dad and the service he was shown was to a completely different standard than mine and he has not purchased a car from there before. Enough said.

Servicing dept. very slow to respond to follow up enquiries. Lots of excuses and no action. Five weeks on, and the fault they supposedly fixed is back....requests for other follow-up advice have remained unanswered. And to suggest that I bring the car back to them for a few days for further investigation - at a truly extortionate hourly rate - is ludicrous. I shall go elsewhere in future - I recommend everyone else should do the same.
