I arrived late for my cars mot on 3rd January.. The mot was expiring that day. The manager said that he would ask the tester to work through his lunch in order to do the mot which I was most grateful for. I returned one hour later to be told that the car had failed the mot on a broken spring. The manager told me the price and they could do the job that afternoon. Which they duly did. My thanks to the efficient,courteous and helpful manager and the very willing mot tester.. Very good staff indeed.

When most of the people working there can't even spell garage I was not surprised that I got pathetic service. It's not often a vehicle comes out worse than I went in. On my complaint I found the manager argumentative, arrogant and intimidating. It was interesting to see the "mechanics" playing football in the service bay as I left!

Very professional, friendly service. Tyres changed on our car within specified time. No waiting. Will definitely return.

My car's MOT had to be stopped because the back brakes were completely shot. I was immediately notified of what was happening and was given a quote for the work within the hour. The guys worked tirelessly that afternoon to replace my rear brakes, pads, shoes, cylinders and drums. The guy at the front desk stayed past closing time to wait for me to come pick up my car and pay for the work. When he saw that I had arrived by taxi, he generously reduced my bill by a small amount. He didn't have to do that, but I was very grateful for it and for him staying back to wait for me. In short, I am never disappointed by the service I get. Even the regular guy at the desk recognises me whenever I ring up. I like that.
