Becki and the team all excellent. Genuine friendly team great welcome x great care throughout stay. A unique Inn in fab location and everything walkable well nearly all that's relevant for town centre needs! Thanks for great stay under difficult circumstances.Rooms: 4/5
Excellent place to stay in centre of Harrogate. Breakfast excellent. Room large, well appointed. Will stay againRooms: 5/5
We just went for a meal, which was beautifully presented and delicious. The staff were excellent.
One of a few places in Harrogate still serving a decent range of bitters
Very disappointed, room was tired and shabby. Bed broken at base, also broken ceiling light fitting, towel rail, bathroom blind and oversink shelf! One senior member of staff was off hand and rude. Reception area is a shelf and bell by kitchen door and back entrance. Would not stay again or recommend.
Had a wonderful weekend. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size, clean and well maintained. We had a meal on Saturday night. The food was well presented and cooked to perfection. There was also live music which was light listening and enjoyable. Excellent night. The morning breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend a visit. We will definitely visit again.
Pleasant stay. Bed and pillows too hard. No ambience. Breakfast good lovely staff. Nearby activities: Close to town Walkability: Easy to get about Food & drinks: Good choice at breakfast. Could of done with self service for cereals fresh juices.
Stayed here in February and even though they were extremely busyValentines nightthey still managed to get us a table where we had a really good meal accompanied by live jazz. Perhaps the word hotel should be dropped as it is not a typical hotel so if you want that go elsewhere. However what you lose in facilities you gain in charm and character.Staying here you will get a quaint and quirky experience with friendly and helpful staff. It is really well located for the town centre and isn't it nice to be trusted as a guest for a change and not to have to pay up front for your stay.We really enjoyed it only really missing the fact that there was no public lounge other than the bar area.
Great value for money and immaculately clean with great fluffy towels and comfortable bed. Perfectly adequate for my two night stay visiting friends. Friendly and helpful with parking and directions. Fresh breakfast from 7.30 with perfectly cooked eggs and great coffee. Parking on a first come first served a much welcomed bonus. Thank you
Lovely place to stay and enjoy the town. Bar and staff were great. Enjoyed an excellent breakfast, really good. Our room was the only slight gripe - it was a little bit cramped and not as nice as the last time I stayed there. But frankly this place is superb. And the live music in the bar late doors was most enjoyable. Loved it.
