Outright Liars, they told me the vendor had accepted my offer when they hadn't, I only found out the truth by contacting the vendor directly, do not believe anything this company tells you. They epitomize everything bad that's said about estate agents, completely unprofessional every step of the way, especially the head liar Michelle.
