I have now been a landlord with Your Move in Havant for over 2 years and can recommend this company, and more importantly their people highly.

They all operate at the very highest of customer satisfaction levels and Ben  who is my main contact deserves particular mention.

Always polite, quick to respond and “ nothing” a problem sums up
Ben. I have also had feedback from a recent tenant who said he  exemplified brilliant service.

With this level of service and commitment, I will never move my business from Your Move Havant!

Very happy knowing my property is in the capable hands of The lettings team in Havant on a full managed service, I find it stress free knowing all is compliant and my property is well looked after. My main point of contact is Ben who always has a positive attitude and no ask is too much! All the staff in the office seem to know who I am when I walk in and am always greeted by smiles.

A few years ago I invested in a Buy-to-let property. As an expatriate, working in the Middle East and Far East, I am not able to make it back to the UK very often and so I opted for the 'Fully Comprehensive' Management Agreement offered by Your Move Havant, through the Manager there Ms. Sandra Bryant. Over the years, Mr.s Bryant has proved an invaluable business partner in the management of this property. Sandra and her team have provided the trust, understanding and flexibility that I very much appreciate and it is a very easy-going arrangement that exists between us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Your Move services and particularly Sandra and her team, to any others who might find themselves in a similar situation.

Right from my initial enquiry this team have been more than helpful and friendly. I was shown a couple of flats to rent by Emma and decided to proceed with one of them. I have not rented before but the whole process was easier and quicker than I had imagined. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Ben and Sandra in Emma’s absence and I must also mention the other lovely young lady who accompanied me in my 2nd viewing but sadly I can’t remember her name. 

I had a couple of queries after I moved in and again Emma dealt with it quickly. All the team are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone anytime. I am not connected to Your Move or any of the staff, this is just my honest opinion

Me and my family was looking to relocate from Southampton to porchester in a rental property, we spoke to Emma Smith who deals with lettings of whom I must say is very helpful and friendly, as well she is very patient and responds to every email we send in a timely manner. There has been a few occasions she has not been in and the staff in the branch have also been very helpful and friendly.
