The help and support we have had from David and his team Simon, Charles and Elizabeth has been excellent. Thank you Elizabeth for your professional advice and persistence that eventually got us our buyer. We have always felt up to date and informed about our viewings and possible interest. The emails and texts to inform you about viewings is extremely good service. We would recommend you without hesitation.
We are extremely lucky to have bought our first property through Gascoigne-Pees in Emsworth. The whole team are absolutely fantastic and nothing is too much too ask for. They kept us updated throughout the whole process and as first time buyers they were extremely patient in helping us to understand the process too. We would like to thank Charles, Simon, David and Elizabeth for all their help and guidance. We will definitely use them again in the future.
As buyers without a house to sell and therefore dealing directly with the selling agent, we were impressed by the professionalism of Elizabeth at Gascoigne-Pees in Emsworth. We had to demonstrate our ability to follow through with an offer and have some checks before our offer was put to the vendor. Whilst this was frustrating at the time, we had confidence that we were dealing with professionals who would be straightforward and honest. The sale did take several months to complete but we were kept informed throughout and we felt there was understanding of our difficult position. We are not planning to move again for a long time but would definitely consider G-P if we did.
The marketing advice and support we have had from David and Elizabeth has been excellent, resulting in a very quick sale! The subsequent service was also highly personal and focused, efficient and friendly. Both David's and Elizabeth's persistence in keeping our chain advised of progress up to exchange and completion, and in keeping us updated was excellent.
This team of Estate Agents are quite simply, outstanding.From the start, Simon achieved a number of excellent potential buyers. David added his kind, professional, experience, patience and support. Throughout, Elizabeth kept everyone in the chain happy and informed. We were selling at a difficult personal time and this caring team guided us expertly through to completion. Brilliant service from Elizabeth & David during the purchase of our new home. We ended up being in the middle of quite a complicated chain, not helped by the recent increase in interest rates. Gascoigne Pees were brilliant in communicating with all parties, which certainly helped calm emotions and keep everything on track. A final comment ... after we'd completed, there was some minor point we needed to contact the previous owners about. Had a call from Elizabeth that evening after business hours, apologising for the fact that her day had been very busy and she'd not had a chance to speak to the sellers, but was going to do so straight away - and she did. It was that sort of personal service and really taking responsibility that was so refreshing and really made Gascoigne Pees stand out.
