I currently rent a managed property through Beal's (Havant). I have nothing but total satisfaction and praise for Beal's. The process is run efficiently and with minimum fuss and so the service received is second to none. After poor experiences with other agents, I wouldn't look anywhere else for my rental or sales needs from now on. Beal's treats you like an individual and listens to all personal circumstances or needs which makes you feel that they really care about you as a person and you can't ask for more than that. Top quality customer service!

I'd personally hugely recommend Jamie in the Havant Beals branch. The entire procedure of moving was made very simple, from choosing my house right up to moving in. All questions were managed speedily and skillfully, and all aspects of the moving process were described 100 %. I will certainly be employing Beals in the foreseeable future.

I am not generally the sort of person who writes reviews but i feel in the case of Beals it was needed. Beals are by far the most skilled, pleasant and accommodating letting agency i have ever dealt with. From the start they were warm, friendly and prompt with all the paper work. Recently the property we rent suffered severe storm damage and we were without a home for a few weeks while repair work was performed. The degree of assistance and warmth we were treated with during this time was astounding. It went above and beyond anything we anticipated from a letting company and this was a stark contrast to the inadequate presence from other agency's during meetings. No other agency had the same presence during this period and the employees even attended meetings beyond working hours. The way we have been handled during this challenging period has left us wanting to renew the lease in the building with yourself irrespective of the current maintenance and less than great conditions. If you are searching to buy or let a property i could not recommend this company enough. I've dealt with a whole lot of other letting agencies previously and this is the only one I've discovered like it, 100% unique.

Beals were really fast at acquiring me a tenant for my property, they were extremely thorough in the referencing and transferred the funds to me rapidly. I especially loved the direction I got on the process on referencing, regarding me through the method at every phase and describing the backdrop for the tenants at length therefore I felt very happy to ask them to as tenant‚àö‚â†s. I've utilized additional agents to allow residence before and the expertise has been negative, Bealswere the exemption and I found them very helpful, skilled and a joy to-do business with.

Beals have leased out my properties for a great deal of time now and I have always found the service they provide to be dependable, productive and practical. They work flat out to make certain that properties are leased out in a short a space of time as possible to minimise time between tenancies but without fail they always find good tenants. I've worked with other agencies previously but I feel Beals are the most in the know with regards to the property market and their employees are always eager to help but also extremely knowledgeable in the property market. I hope that I can continue to use Beals services for a long time.
